151: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

I have to say right off the bat, that I knew I knew Marge Dursley from somewhere...Matilda as Miss Trunchbull. She deserved to be inflated like balloon and Dudley deserved every flying button to the face. Now that that is off my chest, lets talk about those Dementors. They did a really good job of making them scary and you feel the dread when they arrive on the screen. Also when the part of the Boggart came, I had to kind of wonder what my worst fear would be and what it would take on. I have a few fears, but deep down it would be interesting and yet scary to see it come to life. Then of course poor Neville had to be picked first and seeing Snape dressed in Neville's grandmothers clothing was just the perfect amount of brilliance! Did you know they made an adorable and awesome POP! vinyl figure of it?

So Harry finally finds out the reason why his parents died and that he also happens to have a Godfather that he didn't know about. Hagrid teaches about monsters and we get a werewolf and time travel. Each movie keeps getting better and better. J.K. Rowling, you are an amazing writer, constantly outdoing yourself with each book you write and then you get it made into an extraordinary movie. I don't know what the world would be like without Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermoine Granger. It would be a very different and non-magical world indeed. Sad to think about, but not too sad because there are more to come!
